Great laptop bought one from Mac a few years back still works great and our son wanted a MacBook but he's only thirteen so we didn't want to get a brand new one just in case he ruined it so we searched online for like two months and found this one. He loves it basically exactly like mine not much of a difference. Great product decent price.

Got the Mac for Christmas 12'. Came with generic battery and generic charger. Called and they did send me Mac replacements and now 4 months later, the hard drive needs to be replaced and Apple wont touch it because its a generic hard drive. I am so disappointed. What a waste of time and money! I dont think products like this should be allowed to to be resold. You take everything Mac out of them and fill it with a bunch of crappy pieces and make a killing off of it!

I was real skeptical about buying a used Mac Book online, But I have to say that this product is great and the company is also vey helpful and kind. The Mac Book came quick in the mail and well package and this product is great. I would recommend to buyers to by from this company.
